  • Physics, chemistry, and engineering

  • You dont need to study anything to be an F1 driver. You just need to be talented enough to handle Go karts, some luck to be talent spotted & a willing sponsor to back you up financially as you climb up the series from karts, Formula Fords, Formula Renaults, GP2 & finally F1. Some knowledge in physics would be helpful tho to understand the forces youre experiencing & to know what is actually happening when you drive.

Subject such as physics, aeronautics, fluid mechanics, material science, electrical, mechanical & software engineering are very important if you intend to be part of the design & engineering team.
