So, my cousin, Aimee, is getting married in San Diego next month. I’ll be attending the wedding, but I have absolutely no idea what to wear! So far I’ve been to a church wedding and a beach wedding, but this is at a country club. Anyways, what should I wear? The time is from 2:30 to 8:30 (I’m assuming that includes the reception), if that helps at all. Thanks!

A nice dress or suit. I disagree with another answerer to wear a cardi. A sweater is too casual so that is why I suggested a suit. But if the day is warm enough, just a dress will be sufficient . Weddings are special occasions so dress your very best with matching accessories such as shoes, bag and hairdo. Never wear white to a wedding unless you are the bride.
A dress that can go from early afternoon to evening and not look out of place, simple jewelry, stockings, heels. You can also check the invitation to see if it states; formal attire.
Lasting till 8 is a bit formal, long time for a wedding a reception, but at a country club, will probably be a bit or more dressy.
