White America could fire every black employee and it would stand up in the Court of law. There is nothing in the Constitution that says blacks must be paid to work. There will come a time when the Affirmative Action, Thirteenth Amendment , will face Nullification. So will the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Blacks only vote when they feel there is something in it for them.

Wow! Your question and comments are so incendiary I almost had to wear a fire retardant suit just to get in the same room with my computer. There is NO way any person could be fired—without cause. Why do you think lawyers are so damned rich? This nation is not in the habit of repealing constitutional amendments. We have, in the history of our nation, repealed only one amendment. The voting rights act will never be repealed. I am angered at people of ALL colors for taking such an apathetic attitude towards their civic responsibilities. By the way, MANY black folks OWN their own businesses. Many black people hire white people to work for them. Your basic argument is in error. ALL people, in this society, are very much dependent upon the best efforts of each other—in order to survive as a nation.

There is nothing on the North American continent that limits black Americans other than the mind set of the culture of scarcity and victimization by others.
The US Department of Education has a poorly designed system of education for students wanting to succeed in business. Business is being vilified and profit is a concept being taught as an evil rather than as the prize for working hard and attaining a goal of all companies…to make enough money to employ others and to spread the increase for the good of all.
There is NO GOOD reason to eliminate ANY Constitutional amendment.

I don’t know what you are talking about. Black americans own companies. What would be the point of a company firing all it’s black or white employees? Black and whites both vote for the candidate that follows their beliefs.
There is nothing in the Constitution saying that anyone must be paid. An employer is infinitely more likely to fire a Caucasian employee (especially Caucasian males) than any other employee because Caucasians can’t claim discrimination.
