I had my first interview at Chipotle on Wednesday and it was a group interview with another candidate. The interview was short only lasted 10-15 minutes and the interviewer asked a couple of general personality questions like why do you want to work here? What do you do during your free time? How would your friends describe you? What can you offer if you’re hired? Give me 3 words that best describe you? I feel I answered all of the questions really well and better than the other candidate. After like 15 min of talking he said that Chipotle normally likes to do multiple interviews and told us that we should be getting a call 24-48 hrs about a second interview. Its been 2 days already and still no call? If anybody has gone through the interview process at Chipotle can you give me feedback on how long it takes for them to call about a second interview?

I have not had an interview at Chipotle, but I would wait untill Monday, if they dont call you, then you can always call them back for a follow up. If not then keep applying else where, dont just depend on one place.
