I was running slowly and all of a sudden it felt like a rubber band broke at back of knee and was loud.?

I cqn still put weight on it but cannit push off on it . It aost feels hyper extended but I did not do that. The knee is making a popping noise if I walk a bit..

  • take a day off, rest it, RICE it for a day or two and then if it still hurts and what not, go see a doctor, a proper diagnosis cant be made over the internet
