Visual C++ Error – WoW – Skype?

I was just playing World of Warcraft and talking on Skype when randomly my connection to the game stopped and my skype did not crash, but instead, it started making weird noises and the call dropped. I alt tabbed after this happened and I got this error.

“This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way”

What do I have to do to fix this? I did download a Visual C++ package a while ago, for a program called “Tmorph”. I have installed this Visual C++ package a few times without uninstalling anything. Do you think this could be the problem? What should I do?
